The location was good - just 5 minutes' walk from Yamanashi Gem Museum. The bed was comfy, and the room itself was good!

Tbh, there was no food, plus Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Also, the location is favourable and magnificent, minutes from Yamanashi Gem Museum.

This traditional hotel is well priced with really friendly staff. Thank you for a very good stay.

The staff at this hotel were really friendly and knowledgeable about the area. It was great to have onsite parking that was convenient. There was a huge variety of restaurants close by, such as Yamazumien, which was only a 10-minute walk away.

We truly enjoyed big size rooms and delicious food.

Favourable and excellent location so close to the red line bus stop, the bus station and restaurant for having breakfast and dinner quick in an extra comfy area. Neat and wonderful rooms available with nice breakfast, great Fuji Mountain view.

We had a memorable stay at a hotel with a stunning view of Mt. Fuji. The location was perfect with a beautiful lake right in front and the hotel even offered a free shuttle to the train station. The room was spacious and the staff was friendly and helpful. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we would definitely recommend this hotel for a visit.

It was in a favourable location with Lake Kawaguchiko nearby. Moreover had so much fun by the lake, set 600 feet of the venue.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic, with stunning views of Mount Fuji from my window. It was truly breathtaking. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and futons. this hotel exceeded my expectations and offered a great value for money.

There was one small issue that could be improved upon. The check-out time was a bit early for my liking.
